This year has been particularly trying for both of us, and one of the conversations we keep having with each other is how do you know when it’s the right time to take that leap, make that change? How do you ever find the strength to know you’re making the right call? The mantra that seems to be helping both of us is, “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”

When we were brainstorming what we wanted to do for this event, we kept coming back to this topic, and it’s a conversation that we want to have with all of you. Because the funny thing about fear, once we shine a light on its dark corner, it gets a little easier to stand in its presence.

So let’s come together for some gentle yoga to start, and then we’ll open up to a facilitated conversation about what we feel is currently holding us back so that we have the collective strength of the group to help us take the right next step.
